We usually ship within 1-2 business days after your order is confirmed. Delivery by GLS or DAO to your door. Free delivery on all orders over €150 — below that amount, shipping is €15.If you need express delivery, please contact us at info@mysimshop.dk before ordering.

You have a 30-day return policy from the date of receipt. The product must be returned in its original packaging and in unused condition. If the item is faulty or defective, we will pay for the return shipping. In case of withdrawal, the buyer pays for the return shipping.Contact us at info@mysimshop.dk to initiate a return.
